Responsibilities:

• Administer respiratory therapy treatments and diagnostic tests to patients.
• Manage ventilators and provide tracheostomy care in skilled nursing, LTACH, or hospital settings.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Educate patients and families about respiratory conditions and treatments.
• Collaborate with medical staff to provide the highest quality care to residents.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  
  

Requirements:

• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) by the National Board for Respiratory Care.
• Current state licensure.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Respiratory Therapist.
• Experience with trach care and ventilator management in a skilled nursing, LTACH, or hospital setting.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact well with residents and families.
