We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Respiratory Therapist to join our team at Unity Health and Rehabilitation Center. Job Summary:

As a Respiratory Therapist, you will be responsible for:

• Assessing and treating patients with a variety of respiratory conditions, including Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD), pneumonia, and asthma
• Developing and implementing individualized respiratory care plans, in collaboration with our medical team
• Administering oxygen therapy, bronchodilators, and other medications as prescribed by our medical team
• Performing respiratory tests, such as spirometry and oximetry, to assess lung function and monitor patient progress
• Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatments
• Collaborating with our therapy team to develop and implement multidisciplinary care plans
• Educating patients and their families on respiratory care and disease management
• Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
• Bi Lingual English Spanish Preferred
• Cardiopulmonary degree required
