Qualifications

• Licensed/Certified Respiratory Therapist required.
• Strong clinical skills in airway management and mechanical ventilation.
• CPR certification and familiarity with ventilator care.
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality respiratory care to residents, including ventilator and tracheostomy patients.
• Accurately document and verify respiratory care procedures.
• Perform clinical assessments and interpret respiratory therapy equipment and test results.
• Troubleshoot equipment and resolve respiratory care issues.
• Maintain effective communication with medical team and staff.
• Educate nursing staff on respiratory protocols and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with safety, infection control, and HIPAA policies.

Schedule Options:

• Full-Time or Part-Time or PRN | 12-hour shifts | 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM, with weekend rotation

• PRN | 12-hour shifts | 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:
