Storybrook Care and Rehabilitation in Fort Collins, Colorado is seeking a compassionate Respiratory Therapist to join a family‑owned long‑term care facility. You will administer respiratory therapies, monitor resident progress, and help develop tailored care plans alongside our Pulmonary Program Coordinator.

Qualifications

• Current Respiratory Therapist licensure in the state of Colorado.
• Graduate of AMA-approved School of Respiratory Therapy.
• Active CRT or RRT credential.
• BLS Certification.
• Strong ability to handle stressful situations and work effectively under pressure.
• Passion for servant leadership and improving residents' lives.

Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory care services in accordance with physician orders, state and federal guidelines, and facility policies.
• Administer respiratory therapy treatments and interventions, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
• Assess patient pain that may interfere with optimal function and collaborate with nursing staff to address it.
• Maintain infection control standards by adhering to sterilization protocols and ensuring equipment safety.
• Document patient progress and interventions accurately in medical records.
• Supervise respiratory equipment, ensuring it is working safely and efficiently.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and the team for personalized resident care.

Work Schedule: DAYS, NIGHTS, PRN

Pay Rate: $37.00 – $44.00 / Hour depending on experience

JOB SUMMARY:

As aRespiratory Therapist, you will work alongside ourPulmonary Program Coordinatorto ensure that our residents receive exceptional care. You will be a key part of our clinical team, responsible for administering respiratory treatments, tracking patient progress, and contributing to the development of tailored care plans.
