Medical Center Barbour in Eufaula, AL, is seeking a Respiratory Therapist/Technician to deliver basic and advanced Cardiopulmonary Care to neonatal through geriatric patients. You will plan, implement, and evaluate therapies, and support the hospital's vision and values.

Candidates should hold an Associate’s Degree in Respiratory Care, have 2 years of CP care experience, and maintain state licensure or registry eligibility. BCLS is required; ACLS/PALS are preferred.

Formación

• Associate’s Degree in Respiratory Care is required.
• Two years of clinical Cardiopulmonary Care experience preferred.
• Alabama licensure as a Respiratory Therapist or Registry eligible.
• BCLS certification required; ACLS and PALS are preferred/desi red.

Responsible for providing basic and advanced Cardiopulmonary Care services to neonatal, pediatric, adult and geriatric patients. Will plan, implement, and evaluate the effectiveness of Cardiopulmonary Care. Actively supports the vision, mission and values of Medical Center Barbour.

Education

Associate’s Degree in Respiratory Care

Experience

Two years of clinical experience in Cardiopulmonary Care is preferred. The Therapist/Technician must have outstanding clinical, communication and interpersonal skills in order to perform at the level expected by Medical Center Barbour.

Licenses/Certificates

Certified Respiratory Technician Registered or Registry eligible Respiratory Therapist, Licensed Respiratory Care Practitioner in the State of Alabama.

• BCLS Certification by the AHA
• ACLS preferred
• PALS desired
