Job summary

Encompass Health in the United States is seeking a Respiratory Therapist to join our inpatient rehabilitation team. You will provide direct respiratory care, manage medical gas therapies, and support patient progress in a compassionate, collaborative environment.

You will supervise breathing treatments, participate in assessments, and help develop individualized care plans. A current Respiratory Therapy license and CPR certification are required; ACLS preferred; two years of hospital experience

Qualifications

• Current State License in Respiratory Therapy.
• CPR certification.
• ACLS certification preferred.
• Two years hospital experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct respiratory care including medical gas and breathing therapies.
• Supervise breathing treatments and lead patient assessments.
• Develop personalized care plans and address patient concerns.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients to support recovery.
