Job summary

Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Concord is seeking a Respiratory Therapist to deliver direct patient care using medical gases, breathing therapy, and medications in a hospital-based rehabilitation environment.

You will supervise breathing treatments, perform patient assessments, and tailor care plans while building meaningful relationships to support recovery and independence.

Qualifications

• Current State License in Respiratory Therapy.
• CPR certification.
• ACLS certification preferred.
• Two years hospital experience in Respiratory Therapy preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to patients requiring medical gas, breathing therapy, and medications.
• Supervise care and breathing treatments, conduct patient assessments, and create personalized care plans.
• Build relationships with patients to understand physical, mental, and emotional needs for recovery.
