You will perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, educate patients and families, and support advanced interventions such as mechanical ventilation and sleep studies. Strong communication and critical thinking are essential.

Qualificações

• Associate degree from an accredited Respiratory Therapy program; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Licenses & Certifications: Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP), Basic Cardiovascular Life Support (BCLS), RRT credential.
• No prior experience required; supervisory experience not necessary.

• Communicates effectively through documentation, handoffs, and collaboration with the healthcare team.
• Provides education on respiratory treatments and procedures to patients, families, students, and staff, utilizing diverse learning approaches.
• Performs diagnostic and therapeutic respiratory procedures according to established standards, troubleshooting as needed.
• Demonstrates advanced clinical skills supporting procedures like ECMO, mechanical ventilation, bronchoscopies, sleep studies, and cardiopulmonary rehab.
• Seeks ongoing professional development and manages multiple duties efficiently.
