Job summary

The JOY FM is seeking a Respiratory Therapist to provide independent care across home, hospital, and office settings. You will deliver, set up, and troubleshoot respiratory equipment while building strong patient relationships.

Ideal candidates will have a Respiratory Therapy degree and an active state license, with 1–3 years of related experience and strong patient education skills. The role requires adapting care across diverse environments while maintaining compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Respiratory Therapy from an accredited university.
• Active State Respiratory Care Practitioner License.
• 1-3 years of related experience (preferred).
• Strong assessment, documentation, troubleshooting, and patient education skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home respiratory equipment for pediatric patients and clinical assessments.

• Monitor patient progress and adjust care as needed.

RESPIRATORY THERAPIST - This role offers independence in a small team environment, variety, and the chance to build strong patient relationships while delivering high-quality service across home, hospital, and office settings. Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Provide in-home respiratory equipment for pediatric patients and clinical assessments
• Educate patients and caregivers on prescribed respiratory equipment
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care as needed

• Ensure accurate, timely documentation and regulatory compliance
• Follow infection control and safety protocols in all care settings
