Piedmont Augusta Hospital in Augusta, GA, is seeking a Respiratory Therapist to join our patient care team. You will perform patient assessments, respiratory care procedures, and collaborate with care teams to support critical care in adult units.

This role requires an Associate degree in Respiratory Therapy, state licensure, and certifications (BLS, ACLS, PALS). We offer a sign-on bonus, comprehensive benefits, and a supportive work environment.

Responsibilities

Performing patient assessments, general respiratory care procedures and protocols, critical care procedures in adult care areas, blood gas analysis, maintenance and management of all equipment and patient education.

• Associates Degree in Respiratory Therapy Sciences Required

Work Experience

Licenses and Certifications

• RRT - Registered Respiratory Therapist and Licensed by the State of Georgia under the Composite State Board of Medical Examiners Upon Hire Required and
• BCLS - Basic Life Support Upon Hire Required and
• ACLS Upon Hire Required
• PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support within 60 Days Required
