Job summary

St. Joseph's Medical Center in Stockton, CA is seeking a Respiratory Telemetry Nurse to deliver comprehensive nursing care and lead patient-centered initiatives.

You will assess patient needs, develop care plans, and provide high-quality nursing across neonatal to geriatric populations, while upholding our mission and core values. The role requires an RN licensed in California and a BLS certification; ACLS is preferred.

Qualifications

• RN License in California is required.
• Active BLS certification (American Heart Association).
• Graduate of an RN program. Sensitivity to all age groups.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care and lead patient-centered care initiatives.
• Assess patient/family health needs and develop, implement, and evaluate nursing care plans.
• Provide individualized care across neonatal to geriatric populations and uphold the organization\'s mission and core values.
