Job summary

Kubat Health Care in Papillion, NE, is seeking a Respiratory Technician to manage home-care respiratory equipment and provide one-on-one patient support. Typical hours are 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday–Friday, with rotating on-call weekends.

You will deliver and collect oxygen equipment, verify orders, log cylinder lot numbers, and ensure exceptional customer service while following routes and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Job description

As a Respiratory Technician, you will be responsible for all aspects of respiratory home care while providing excellent one-on-one patient care. General work times are 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday with rotating on call weekends. This position is located at our Papillion location.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE (BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO):

• Deliver and pickup oxygen cylinders, equipment, and supplies to and from patients
• Review orders before and after delivery to ensure orders are complete, the charges are correct, and the patient is satisfied
• Load and unload items from vehicles
• Record and track oxygen cylinder lot numbers
• Clean and provide maintenance on DME and respiratory equipment
• Assist with routine oxygen concentrator checks
• Provide excellent customer service, answer questions, and handle patient questions and issues
• Adhere to assigned routes and follow time schedules
• Abide by all transportation laws and maintain a safe driving record
• Other duties as assigned
