Job summary

Kubat HealthCare is seeking a dedicated delivery associate to transport and service respiratory equipment for patients in the Creston area. You will handle oxygen cylinders, verify orders, and ensure accuracy of charges while maintaining patient satisfaction.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and excellent communication and organizational skills to manage routes and safety on the road.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid and insurable driver's license.
• Able to lift equipment up to 50 lbs frequently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong customer service and people skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Must maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and pickup oxygen cylinders, equipment, and supplies to and from patients
• Review orders before and after delivery to ensure orders are complete, the charges are correct, and the patient is satisfied
• Load and unload items from vehicles
• Record and track oxygen cylinder lot numbers
• Clean and provide maintenance on DME and respiratory equipment
• Assist with routine oxygen concentrator checks
• Provide excellent customer service, answer questions, and handle patient questions and issues
• Adhere to assigned routes and follow time schedules
• Abide by all transportation laws and maintain a safe driving record
• Other duties as assigned
