Avon Place is seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented Respiratory Registered Nurse (RN) to join our clinical team. This full-time role focuses on patient assessments, determining respiratory needs, and delivering appropriate treatments, while maintaining precise documentation.

Responsibilities include developing treatment plans, administering therapies, coordinating with the care team, and ensuring safety and infection control standards.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse license.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Strong assessment, clinical judgment, documentation, and communication skills.
• Respiratory care experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with the care team.

Responsabilités

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments to evaluate respiratory status and determine medical need.
• Develop and carry out appropriate treatment plans in accordance with provider orders, clinical protocols, and standards of care.
• Administer respiratory treatments and monitor patient response.
• Document assessments, treatments, outcomes, and changes in condition accurately and promptly.
• Communicate findings and coordinate care with providers, patients, families, and members of the interdisciplinary team.
• Follow all safety, infection-control, regulatory, and organizational requirements.
