A day in the life of a Respiratory Therapist includes:

• Part-time (Benefit Eligible), Night Shift
• Every 3rd weekend requirement
• Night Shift Payrate Premium
• $10,000 one-time sign-on bonus for qualified candidates
• Relocation bonus up to $10,000 (depending on current location) for qualified candidates
• Location: Morgan Hospital

Our Respiratory Therapists work closely with patients to evaluate and treat cardiopulmonary disorders across various modalities and demographics. They collaborate with nurses, Advanced Respiratory Therapists, and Clinical Specialists to ensure excellent patient care and support.

Requirements:

• Current license as a Respiratory Care Practitioner from Indiana.
• Graduation from a CoARC-accredited respiratory care program.
• Pass the NBRC registry exam within 6 months of hire (or within one year if hired more than a year after graduation).
• Healthcare Provider Certification; additional certifications like ACLS, PALS, NRP are preferred.
• Strong customer service, communication, and confidentiality skills.
• Basic computer skills and experience with EMR.
