Job summary

AristaCare Health Services is seeking compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our Respiratory Care Unit. The role involves caring for residents with respiratory needs, including ventilator support and tracheostomy care, in a high-acuity setting.

Training will be provided, and we welcome applicants with SNF, LTACH, rehab, or hospital experience. Scheduling includes Full-Time, Part-Time, and Per Diem shifts, with direct hiring through AristaCare.

Qualifications

• Current Pennsylvania LPN or RN license in good standing.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Experience in Skilled Nursing Facility, Subacute, LTACH, Rehab, or Hospital.
• Experience caring for residents with ventilator support.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized nursing care to residents with respiratory and pulmonary conditions.
• Monitor residents requiring ventilator support, tracheostomies, oxygen therapy, and respiratory treatments.
• Perform tracheostomy care and suctioning procedures.
• Administer prescribed medications, nebulizer treatments, and physician-ordered respiratory interventions.
• Monitor ventilator function and elevate concerns to the appropriate clinical team.
• Educate residents, families, and staff regarding respiratory care needs.
• Support emergency respiratory interventions when necessary.

We are seeking compassionate and clinically skilled Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our growing Respiratory Care Unit.

As a Respiratory Nurse, you will provide specialized nursing care to residents requiring respiratory support, including tracheostomy care, oxygen therapy, pulmonary treatments, and ventilator support.

This role is ideal for nurses who enjoy working in a higher-acuity environment and are interested in developing specialized respiratory skills.
