Job summary

Kubat HealthCare in Nebraska is actively seeking an LPN to provide comprehensive respiratory home care and patient education from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. The role emphasizes infection control, safety, and equipment management in patients' homes.

You will coordinate with physicians, maintain records, and ensure timely delivery and setup of ventilators, CPAP/BIPAP, nebulizers, and related equipment for home care patients.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Nebraska LPN license.
• Valid driver's license and ability to be insurable.

Responsibilities

• Provide delivery, setup, instruction, and follow-up for home respiratory care.
• Maintain infection control, safety, and equipment management policies.
• Coordinate with physicians for orders, CMNs, and test results.
• Document and maintain home care records for respiratory patients.
• Monitor inventory and ensure timely processing of equipment.
• Ensure patient confidentiality and adherence to regulations.
