• Develops and delivers evidence-based education for respiratory therapists, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams on ventilator management, airway care, and emergency response.
• Supports orientation, skills validation, and simulation training, and conducts competency assessments.
• Promotes safety, quality metrics, and regulatory compliance across the network.
• Collaborates with clinical leaders to implement best practices and mentor staff, contributing to performance improvement and patient outcomes.
