Saint Francis Healthcare System in Cape Girardeau, MO is seeking a Respiratory Care Technician for a PRN, transitional position. Under supervision you will deliver direct patient care and provide limited respiratory care to patients across age groups.

The role is designed for students of an approved respiratory care program or graduates awaiting NBRC licensure, with a focus on developing essential skills in assessment, communication, and teamwork within a Catholic healthcare environment.

Qualificações

• Must be enrolled in or completed six months of AMA approved respiratory care program.
• BLS Certification required.
• Ability to read and communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver direct patient care under supervision by a Licensed Respiratory Care Practitioner, Manager, Director or Vice President.
• Provide limited practice of respiratory care as a transitional position for students or graduates who have not passed the NBRC exam.
• Assess data reflective of patient status and interpret information to provide quality care across pediatric to geriatric ages.
