Qualifications

• Associates degree in Respiratory Care; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Graduate from a CoARC-accredited Respiratory Care program.
• Licensed as a Respiratory Care Practitioner in Indiana.
• RRT credential from NBRC.
• Healthcare BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct and operate Respiratory Care Services for quality outcomes.
• Ensure patient outcomes, customer satisfaction and efficient resource use.
• Act as liaison between departments and leadership; promote interdepartmental collaboration.
