Job summary

Providence Covenant Specialty Hospital in Lubbock, TX is seeking a Respiratory Therapist to plan, deliver, and document a broad range of respiratory care procedures and diagnostic studies.

You will operate and maintain equipment, participate in patient billing, and meet licensure and ACLS/PALS/BLS requirements; night shift, full-time, with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Texas Respiratory Care Practitioner License required.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association required.
• Within 90 days: ACLS - American Heart Association.
• Within 90 days: PALS - American Heart Association.
• 1 year of experience or completion of clinical portion of training.

Required qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Degree from a Respiratory Care Program from an AMA approved school or Bachelor's Degree from a Respiratory Care Program from an AMA approved school in lieu of an associate degree and 1 year of experience.
• 1 year of experience (May include clinical portion of training program).
• Upon hire: Texas Respiratory Care Practitioner License
• Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
• Within 90 days of hire: National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association
• Within 90 days of hire: National Provider PALS - American Heart Association

Preferred qualifications

• Coursework/Training: Flight Training.
