Job summary

Covenant Health in Texas is seeking a Respiratory Therapist to plan, prepare, and deliver respiratory care procedures at Covenant Children's Hospital and Covenant Specialty Hospital. You will document care, inspect and operate equipment, and assist with patient billing, contributing to our patient-focused care culture.

Required qualifications include an AMA-approved Respiratory Care degree (Associate or Bachelor in lieu of Associate) with 1 year of experience, BLS/ACLS/PALS per hire, and Texas

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Respiratory Care from an AMA-approved program (or Bachelor's degree in lieu, with 1 year of experience).
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association on hire.
• National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association within 90 days of hire.
• National Provider PALS - American Heart Association within 90 days of hire.
• Texas Respiratory Care Practitioner License on hire if practicing in Texas.
• 1 year of experience (may include clinical portion of training).

Responsibilities

Required Qualifications:

• Associate's Degree from a Respiratory Care Program from an AMA approved school, Or
• Bachelor's Degree from a Respiratory Care Program from an AMA approved school in lieu of an associate degree and 1 year of experience.
