Job summary

PAM Health Specialty Hospital of Texarkana is seeking an experienced Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) to join our inpatient team. The role involves routine therapy, diagnostics and emergency cardiopulmonary procedures, with responsibility for maintaining equipment and performing phlebotomy as needed.

Qualified candidates must be certified or licensed to practice respiratory care in their state, hold current BLS and ACLS, and have at least a high school diploma (associate degree preferred).

Qualifications

• Must be certified or licensed in the state where the hospital resides to practice respiratory care.
• Must possess and maintain current BLS and ACLS certification.
• Blood gas licensure required if employed in the state of Nevada.
• For hospitals that perform arterial punctures and/or run blood gases, at least a high school diploma is required, preferably an associate degree.

• Education and Training: Must be certified or licensed in the state where the hospital resides to practice respiratory care. Must possess and maintain current BLS and ACLS certification.
