Job summary

PAM Health Specialty Hospital of Tulsa seeks a Respiratory Care Practitioner to join our inpatient team, caring for diverse patients through routine therapy, diagnostics and emergency cardiopulmonary procedures.

Must hold state licensure as a respiratory care professional with current BLS and ACLS. High school diploma or associate degree is preferred, with one year of clinical respiratory experience a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be certified or licensed in the state where the hospital resides to practice respiratory care.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Blood gas licensure required if employed in Nevada state.
• High school diploma or associate degree preferred.
• Minimum of one year clinical respiratory experience preferred.

We are looking for a Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) to join our team and care for our diverse patient population. The ideal candidate will have prior inpatient hospital experience or a desire and commitment to learn.

The Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) performs routine therapy, diagnostic and emergency cardiopulmonary procedures for patients in PAM Health hospitals and maintains all equipment in working order. Provides phlebotomy and basic laboratory testing for the patient population as required or requested.

• Education and Training: Must be certified or licensed in the state where the hospital resides to practice respiratory care. Must possess and maintain current BLS and ACLS certification. Blood gas licensure required if employed in the state of Nevada. For hospitals that perform arterial punctures and/or run blood gases, at least a high school diploma is required, preferably an associate degree.
• Experience: Minimum of one-year clinical respiratory experience preferred.
