Job summary

Providence St. Mary Medical Center in Washington state is seeking a Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) to manage pulmonary care, operate ventilators, and perform ABG analysis per physician orders. Eligible external candidates may receive a hiring bonus.

The role requires an accredited Associate's degree in respiratory care, WA RCP license, and BLS. ACLS/PALS are preferred; the position offers part-time and full-time shifts with a mix of days and nights, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree from an accredited Respiratory program.
• Upon hire: Washington Respiratory Care Practitioner License.
• Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Management of the pulmonary system through medication administration, ventilator management and pulmonary hygiene.
• Performance of invasive and non-invasive diagnostics; daily ABG machine maintenance and QC; competency testing.
