Job description

Provides respiratory therapy to patients orders, according to established standards and practices.

Requirements:

1. Successful Completion of an associate degree from a respiratory therapy education program supported by the Committee on Accreditation for Respiratory Care (CoARC) or equivalent.

2. Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) from the National Board of Respiratory Care (NBRC).

3. Current RCP license in California.

4. BLS, ACLS and PALS (must be completed by American Heart Association)

5. One year of previous experience preferred in acute care hospital respiratory care, critical care and neonatal exposure highly desirable.

6. MAB certification required within 60 days of hire and annually thereafter
