Responsabilités

• Safely performs diagnostic and therapeutic respiratory care per standards and policies.
• Ensures competency validations and re-validations for interventions and equipment.
• Explains care modalities to patients, families, and health care team.
• Interacts with family, patient, and team with a positive customer relations attitude.
• Interprets and communicates patient data accurately.
• Provides thorough patient status reports to health care team with effective communication.
• Assesses clinical status, evaluates progress, and recommends actions.
• Maintains policy and competency references; references literature and best practices.
• Analyzes critical situations with judgment and problem resolution.
• Documents patient care and billing accurately; communicates schedule changes promptly.
• Participates in ongoing self-development and stays current in respiratory care.
