Anticipated Base compensation rate is in the range of $41.54 - $60.52 / Hour depending on qualifications and experience.*12 hour shifts at Huntington Health are overtime-based (not a straight time rate for all 12 hours). 772000 Respiratory TherapyExpectations:
Responsible for the delivery of Respiratory Care to inpatients and outpatients requiring licensed practitioner skill levels to intervene in complex patient care situations. Assumes responsibility for policy and procedure formulations, quality management activities and collaborative committee participation. Assumes evaluator responsibility for new hires and others as directed within area of responsibility. Assists with clinical based research projects related to defining/monitoring appropriateness and effectiveness of delivered respiratory care. Performing work in accordance with physician orders. Defined duties are performed in the neonatal, pediatric and adult patient populations in floor, intermediate, intensive and emergency care areas. Functional breakdown of responsibilities: Patient Care Duties (85%); Continuing Education (5%); Performance Improvement (5%); Professional Development (3%); Evaluator/Mentorship (2%).
