Job summary
EvergreenHealth in Kirkland, WA seeks a Respiratory Care Practitioner to provide treatment, evaluation, and care for adult, neonatal, and pediatric patients with cardiopulmonary needs. The position requires state licensure as a Respiratory Care Practitioner, RRT certification, and a CoARC-accredited degree.

Responsibilities
- Conduct prescribed respiratory procedures to maintain patient airways.
- Set priorities for care using clinical assessment.
- Collect and evaluate clinical information from patient assessments.
- Determine appropriate oxygen delivery and respiratory support.
- Inspect imaging to locate artificial airways or thoracic changes.
- Monitor patient response and adjust therapy per physician directions.
- Perform broncho-hygiene procedures and administer medications.
- Tailor assessments to patient age and developmental needs.
- Perform bedside spirometry and pulmonary mechanics assessments.
- Initiate and modify respiratory support in emergencies.
