Qualifications

• Certification as an RCP or equivalent credential.
• Experience in hospital ICU, emergency and neonatal care.
• Proficiency in ventilator and airway management.
• Experience with EHR documentation and clinical data entry.
• Ability to perform under high-pressure situations while ensuring patient safety.

Responsibilities

• Administer respiratory therapies per physician orders.
• Manage ventilator support and adjust settings as needed.
• Assess respiratory status and vital signs to guide treatment.
• Operate and troubleshoot respiratory devices and monitors.
• Document care accurately in the EHR.
• Collaborate with physicians and nurses on care plans.
• Respond to emergencies and assist in resuscitation when required.
