Job description

Highlights & Responsibilities of the Position:
  • Under the supervision of the Manager of Respiratory Care Services and upon the request of the physician, sets up and operates various types of respiratory care equipment to be utilized in the diagnosis and treatment of respiratory disease and/or illness, according to established departmental policies.
  • Participates actively in in-service education and quality assurance programs.
  • Demonstrates behavior practices that reflect the philosophy, Mission, and Values of Providence and Providence Standards of Conduct.
Required Qualifications:
  • Associate's Degree in Respiratory Therapy, AMA accredited, or
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Respiratory Therapy, AMA accredited.
  • Washington Respiratory Care Practitioner License upon hire.
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
  • National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association within 90 days of hire.
Must Have:
  • 1-2 years of experience.
  • Willingness to travel frequently.
  • Graduated from an Accredited School of Respiratory Therapy.
