Job summary

Providence Seaside Hospital is seeking a Respiratory Therapist to deliver high-quality respiratory care in accordance with departmental standards. The role supports patient-centered care on the Oregon coast, with a per-diem schedule and a supportive team.

Qualified candidates hold an Associate’s Degree in Respiratory Therapy, Oregon license, and current BLS/ACLS; additional certifications (PALS, NRP) are preferred within 90 days of hire.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Respiratory Therapy or equivalent education/experience.
• Oregon Respiratory Care Practitioner License required upon hire.
• BLS certification required upon hire from American Heart Association.
• ACLS certification required upon hire from American Heart Association.
• PALS certification required within 90 days of hire from American Heart Association.
• NRP certification required within 90 days of hire from American Academy of Pediatrics.

Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory care services in accordance with department standards, policies and protocols.
• Collaborate with Providence Seaside Hospital team to deliver patient-centered care.
