Job summary

TriStar Health in Nashville seeks a Respiratory Educator to advance respiratory care practice across our facilities. You will design and deliver evidence-based respiratory education for RTs, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams, supporting onboarding and competency validation, and promoting best practices in ventilation management, oxygen therapy, and pulmonary rehabilitation.

The educator collaborates with clinical leaders to analyze outcomes, update protocols, and reinforce patient safety

Qualifications

• Experience delivering respiratory education to RTs, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Experience with onboarding and competency validation.
• Knowledge of ventilation management, oxygen therapy, and pulmonary rehabilitation.
• Ability to analyze outcomes and update protocols.

Responsibilities

• Provide bedside coaching and skills labs for staff.
• Conduct in-service trainings on respiratory care best practices.
• Support regulatory readiness and competency validation.
• Mentor staff to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care.
