The Coalition for Christian Outreach is seeking an XD Resource Specialist to design and lead transformative ministry opportunities for college students. This role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least three years of relevant experience, emphasizing leadership and facilitation skills.

About the role

• CCO operational opportunities support the hands-on campus ministry of the organization.

Purpose of the position:

• The XD (Experiential Design) Resource Specialist will serve the CCO by designing and leading transformative opportunities for CCO staff and students, as well as other organizations aligned with the CCO's mission.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Experience: Minimum three years of ministry and/or adventure education experience (preferred).

Job Description:

• Design and facilitate transformative opportunities with and for others.
• Develop additional design and facilitation for extended transformative experiences such as Leadership and Discipleship in the Wilderness, international trips, and encounter experiences.
