Job Description

About the Role: As a Resource Utilization & Integration Lead (Senior Manager), you will report to the Chief of Staff and be an important member of the Chief of Staff Office (CoSO) within the Global Communications & Governance (GC&G) organization. This role is pivotal in overseeing and managing key GC&G processes that partner with the organization to support the goals of resource utilization excellence and budget governance. The role requires a strong strategic mindset, project management expertise, analytical skills, and the ability to operate effectively in a dynamic and evolving environment.

How You Contribute:
  • Create opportunities for team members at all levels to share best practices, experiences, and engage for a more cohesive execution of our goals stakeholder engagement, and program effectiveness measurement.
  • Act as HR's point of contact and support their efforts, as needed
  • Identify capability gaps within the teams that align with the strategic goals of the organization
  • Partner with Procurement, Legal, and Finance to manage consulting contracts and vendor agreements aligned with company policies and budget expectations as well as lead consultant vendor management activities such as onboarding, performance monitoring, engagement oversight, and relationship management.
  • Support the development of dashboards, reports, and analytics that provide visibility into resource utilization performance that supports leadership decision-making through data-driven insights, recommendations, and risk identification
  • Identify and implement process improvements and operational excellence initiatives to enhance efficiency, transparency, and stakeholder experience.
  • Lead special projects related to your expertise through efficient and effective planning, communication, execution, tracking/reporting, facilitating, and risk mitigating activities with a focus on outcomes and solutions.
Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint, and advanced AI skills with tools such as Copilot
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in business, operations, project management or related field

We are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. For Location: Cambridge, MA U.S. Base Salary Range: $137,000.00 - $215,270.00 The estimated salary range reflects an anticipated range for this position. The actual base salary offered may depend on a variety of factors, including the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.The actual base salary offered will be in accordance with state or local minimum wage requirements for the job location.
