Qualifications

• Must have empathy and compassion for young children.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Ability to work collaboratively with staff, children and families.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. in handling children.
• Must pass state background checks and meet licensing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Enhance lesson plans in collaboration with Lead/Assistant Teachers.
• Provide flexible classroom support for consistent, high-quality lessons.
• Organize and prepare engaging materials and centers.
• Supervise children indoors and outdoors, ensuring safety and well-being.
• Offer personalized attention and foster an inclusive classroom.
• Communicate progress and achievements with families.
