At The Goddard School of South Charlotte, we believe children learn best through relationships, play, curiosity, movement, creativity, and meaningful experiences. We are committed to creating a school where children thrive, families feel supported, and teachers feel valued.
Unlike a traditional support role, our Resource Teacher serves as the school's creative spark—bringing wonder, excitement, and hands‑on discovery to children across every age group.
This role is ideal for educators who love STEM activities, arts and crafts, sensory experiences, themed events, and turning ordinary moments into extraordinary adventures.
Each week, our Resource Teacher helps bring a unique theme to life, creating engaging experiences and guiding every classroom through special activities that spark curiosity and inspire a lifelong love of learning.
If you've ever dreamed of being the teacher children remember years later—the one who made science magical, transformed cardboard boxes into spaceships, or made learning feel like an adventure—this may be the perfect role for you.
