Job summary

The Goddard School is seeking a Founding Assistant Teacher in Charlotte, NC, for a full-time position. This role supports Lead Teachers in creating a positive and safe classroom environment.

Candidates are encouraged to build relationships with children and families while promoting learning through play. Experience with children is preferred, but everyone is welcome to apply, including CDA students and career changers.
