• Partner with Procurement, Legal, and Finance to manage consulting contracts and vendor relationships.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and analytics for visibility into resource utilization and leadership decisions.
• Identify and implement process improvements and operational excellence initiatives.
• Lead special projects with planning, communication, execution, tracking, and risk mitigation.
