Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Resource Room / ESL & Reading Specialist located in Boston, MA. The Specialist will be responsible for providing resource room support and specialized instruction for English as a Second Language (ESL) and reading programs. The day-to-day tasks include assessing students, creating individualized learning plans, delivering targeted instruction, and collaborating with teachers and parents to support student progress.

Qualifications

  • Analytical Skills: Ability to assess student needs and progress effectively
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with teachers and parents
  • Customer Service: Ability to provide support and assistance to students and families with empathy
