Job summary

Lawrence Memorial Hospital is seeking a Clinical Excellence Lead Nurse to enhance patient care and support the nursing team. This role requires a strong leader with outstanding communication skills and at least 3 years of clinical experience.

In addition to acting as a resource person, the Clinical Excellence Lead Nurse will assist with training and onboarding staff to ensure optimal care delivery. Current RN licensure in Kansas is required, along with a commitment to improving patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of clinical experience.
• Ability to work independently and multi-task.
• Proficiency in all duties of the registered nurse.
