Saint Joseph London, part of CommonSpirit Health, seeks an experienced Resource RN to deliver diverse nursing services and develop, implement, and assess patient care plans. You will engage in direct patient care, plan and delegate tasks, and educate patients, families, and staff while ensuring regulatory standards.

You will support perioperative care and collaborate with the care team to achieve optimal outcomes, utilizing critical thinking and leadership to direct care in a dynamic hospital

Competenze

• Associates of Science Nursing and at least 1 year RN experience in acute care.
• KY RN license at hire.
• BLS CPR within 14 days.
• ACLS within 90 days.
• PALS within 6 months.
• TNCC within 12 months.

Mansioni

• Conduct care assessments and interpret data to plan care.
• Complete system-based and hospital competencies.
• Document observations, treatments, and patient responses.
• Collaborate with patients and families to plan and direct care.
• Administer medications safely and accurately.
