Qualifications: MUST provide one of the following certificate options below:
- Teacher of the Handicapped certificate OR
- Elementary School Teacher (N-8) certificate AND Teacher of Students with Disabilities OR
- Elementary School in Grades K-6 AND Teacher of Students with Disabilities
Effective: 2026-2027 School Year
