Under the direction of nursing/clinical leadership, and taking multiple factors, competing priorities and resource availability into account, distributes staffing resources in an equitable and balanced manner across the enterprise. Collaborates with a variety of multidisciplinary stakeholders at both the hospital and enterprise levels. Performs diversified clerical duties including but not limited to, tasks related to staffing, data entry in a variety of software applications and maintenance of employee/department files.

The hours for this position are: 3pm - 9pm
Education: High School Diploma or GED
Skills: Demonstrate oral and written communication, problem identification, and problem-solving skills. Able to work independently with little to no supervision and error. Basic computer skills, data entry/retrieval and applicable software knowledge such as Windows, Microsoft Office, and scheduling platforms. Willingness to learn new software applications and updates. Use of copy/fax machine. Able to compile statistics and use basic math. Ability to understand the variability of work in planning and problem solving.
