Manatee Healthcare System is seeking an Registered Nurse for a full-time days position assigned to the Resource Pool. The role focuses on delivering high-quality patient care within established policies and collaborating with the healthcare team.

The RN will administer IVs and medications, monitor patient status, and communicate needs with physicians and nurses while maintaining safety and standards across shifts.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an Accredited School of Nursing.
• Current RN licensure in Florida.
• 1-3 years of acute care experience for the Resource Pool.
• Current BLS certification (American Heart Association).
• Current ACLS certification (American Heart Association).

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, competent nursing care for patients per facility policies and standards.
• Collaborate with physicians and nursing staff to assess patient needs and monitor vitals; administer IVs and medications as required.
