Qualifications

• Commitment to maintaining valid nursing licensure throughout employment.
• Minimum three years LPN experience in an LTC/SNF/Rehab setting.
• Ability to obtain RN licensure within six months to one year of hire (preferred if LPN).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate clinical activities and promote excellence in clinical practice.
• Work within an interdisciplinary team to complete the guest’s initial Plan of Care.
• Utilize resources in a safe and cost-effective manner.

Skills
