Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing (ASN or BSN) and NH RN license.
• Minimum 2 years of progressive clinical experience in acute care, cardiac telemetry or related specialty.
• Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee unit operational flow for a designated shift.
• Assign staff based on competency, acuity, and volume.
• Coordinate patient care activities and staffing plan to maintain patient safety.
• Ensure compliance with organizational, professional, and regulatory standards.
• Serve as a role model and resource for the team delivering quality care.
• Collaborate with the Clinical Nurse Manager to ensure resources are available.
