Face to Face Health and Counseling Services, Inc. is seeking a Resource Navigator to ensure youth’s basic needs are met by procuring, organizing, and maintaining supplies for SafeZone and the Day Shelter.
The role involves coordinating donations, managing the Resource Room and Food Shelf, assisting with front desk duties, crisis de-escalation, and collaborating with staff to support youth experiencing homelessness.
Face to Face Health and Counseling is a non-profit organization dedicated to advancing economic and health equity for youth ages 11–24. We do this work through a comprehensive approach that includes housing, mental health, medical, youth justice, education and employment, and community services. We take a strengths-based and trauma-informed approach to our work and center the needs of young people impacted by racism and other forms of oppression and marginalization. Founded in 1972, Face to Face serves more than 4,000 youth annually.
Face to Face Health and Counseling is a non-profit organization dedicated to meeting the needs of youth ages 11–24. We offer health care, counseling, and programs for homeless youth. The Resource Navigator is responsible for ensuring that youth’s basic needs are met by procuring, organizing, and maintaining adequate supplies of food, personal hygiene products, and other essential items. The Resource Navigator monitors inventory and ensures these resources are readily available to youth accessing SafeZone.
This position is 37.5 hours a week.

The pay rate for this position is between $23 and $24, based on qualifications.
