Quantech Services, Inc. is seeking a Resource Management Data Integration Associate for a full-time, on-site role at Los Angeles Air Force Base, CA.

The position focuses on integrating personnel, manpower, awards, performance, and resource data to support leadership decisions and DoD mission requirements. You'll manage data across DoD systems, coordinate with functional managers, develop operating instructions, and create dashboards and reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with eight years of relevant experience.
• MS Office, JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint, HireVue, Salesforce, Power BI, Tableau, and Trello proficiency.
• Secret security clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update personnel, performance, and resource management data across databases.
• Proofread and edit military decorations and citations for accuracy.
• Maintain unit personnel rosters and manning documents.
• Assist with submission, coordination, tracking, and processing of military awards.
• Provide weekly status reports and briefings on awards program.
• Develop and deliver semi-annual briefings on awards policies and processing.
• Integrate data across HR, manpower, awards, and resource management systems.
• Coordinate manpower, personnel, and resource management activities with stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain operating instructions and standard procedures.
• Lead data integration to streamline HR and resource workflows.
• Establish integrated employee records from DoD systems to improve data integrity.
• Ensure records comply with OPM, DoD, HHQ policies and data management requirements.
• Support core HR processes through integrated systems.
• Coordinate secure ingestion and export of HR data with DoD interfaces.
• Perform data quality reviews across systems to improve accuracy.
• Develop dashboards and reports for leadership insights.
• Update S1/7 SharePoint site with current information.
