Delta-T Group Texas, Inc. is seeking Special Education Teachers (Resource & Inclusion) in the Lancaster, TX area for the 2026-2027 school year.

Positions are Independent Contractor (1099) with client hours from 7:30am to 4:30pm, pay about $45+ per hour depending on qualifications and experience. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree; Texas teaching certificate for the subject/level is preferred, with alternative certification enrollment possible.

• Bachelor's degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Teaching Certification (Required) and Special Education Certification (Required) are required.

Mansioni

• Provide instruction in the core curriculum and special education areas.
• Develop and implement methods for instructing special education students.
• Maintain suitable instructional environment and adapt materials as needed.
• Collaborate to develop and implement IEPs aligned with state/federal requirements.
• Maintain student records and report progress to parents and administration.
• Communicate with parents and participate in parent-teacher conferences.
• Manage classroom behavior and enforce school rules.
